Habitat for Humanity ReStore
We will be helping for our second time at the Littleton store on W. Quincy. This is their most active location. Habitat for Humanity is being very pandemic conscious! They will take our temperatures, we all need to wear masks & gloves and we do socially distance. We helped at their Denver ReStore recently and that went very well. We normally are helping to stock donations onto the shelves, straighten up or rearrange some of the areas, and sometimes help with accepting incoming donations. They have a new change in policy- ReStore volunteers will receive a 10% discount off of any purchases they wish to make on the day that they volunteer. There is free parking and a lunch break. Customers shop at the ReStore for new and gently used appliances, furniture, home remodeling supplies, pictures, and more at huge discounts. These are important items needed in the Holiday Season especially as many families are shorter on funds this year than most. All profits support Habitat for Humanity's home ownership program for low-income families.
